Green Gourmet began as a bi-weekly Television show that shed light on where our food comes from and how it affects our health and that of the planet. It grew into a philosophy and carries over into everything Green Gourmet Productions represents/aims to do….
The founder is a natural born teacher. From summer camp to schools, she has taught everything from languages (Spanish, Italian) to sports (tennis, swimming, rollerblading...) to kids and adults both here and in the countries she lived (Mexico, Italy, India).  Her life experience and the combination of language, people skills, creativity and common sense allow her to teach almost anyone, anything!
